This was our second home improvement done with Mill Creek. The first was a custom tile shower, and most recently the installations of hardwood flooring throughout our home. Both times, we were pleased both with the customer service and the craftsmanship. Their installers are polite and respectful and do a fantastic job. Their customer service is great! I would not hesitate to use them for any job.
Our sales representative has been in the carpet business for over 38 years. Needless to say, his knowledge of every brand, material and which type is best suited for your need is exceptional. He highly recommended a stainless carpet, which we did not know existed. He personally came to measure and verify which color we wanted. When there was a short delay in installation, he called us promptly to let us know. It’s delightful to work with someone with good follow-up—not many do. I have no doubt he will provide service after the sale if needed. It's the people that make a company great and their sales representative does help elevate Mill Creek.
